These surreal, alien fruits are just so astonishingly, unabashedly PINK, they don’t seem to be from this earth at all. I loved painting them. They are very striking on the inside too, brilliant white with hundreds of tiny black seeds, but disappointingly I’ve found them to be much less interesting to eat than you would think they would be.
